Cancellation Policy
All bookings are 100% refundable if event is cancelled at least 14 days prior (excludes events that request personalized content and/or digital background service). Any event request that includes personalized content and/or digital background service will not receive a refund for any reason. All other events cancelled 7-13 days prior to event date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given if event is cancelled less than seven days.
